**Job Title**: Field Marketing Manager

**Location**: Nevada Market

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales in dispensaries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary management and staff to ensure product support and advocacy.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to educate on product benefits, usage, and sales techniques.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
- Organize and oversee in-store promotions, events, and product demonstrations.
- Provide regular feedback to the corporate team on market conditions, customer insights, and product performance.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with all industry regulations in all marketing materials and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- An Advantage - An Advantage
- Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the cannabis or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nevada cannabis market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
