**Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)**
As we expand, we are looking for a high potential Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our amazing team of clinicians and administrators. This is a part-time W2 role with competitive compensation for a strong BCBA that’s comfortable being our first clinician in Inland Empire. You will have the opportunity to directly interview and supervise your clinical team while gaining leadership experience. Providing case and staff supervision is a key part of the role.

**Duties**
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise a caseload
- Participate in company training

**Qualifications**
- BCBA certified for a minimum of one year
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education or similar field
- Experience conducting assessments, supervising therapists, and implementing behavior support plans across settings

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
