Lynco Products, a full-service distributor, manufacturer, and importer of impulse, convenience, automotive, and general goods products, is expanding We are looking for several full-time associates to join our growing team at both our Bettendorf, IA, and Milan, IL facilities. If you are detail-oriented, fast-paced, and organized, we want you on our team.

**Bettendorf, IA**

Our new Bettendorf location is set to open soon. This temperature-controlled facility (heating/air conditioning) will serve our Fashion & Performance Group division, a North American leader in cold weather and seasonal fashion accessories. Initial training will take place at our Milan, IL Distribution Center/Headquarters for 30-90 days.

**Milan, IL**

Our Milan facility, which is not temperature-controlled, continues to grow and support our diverse product lines.

**Base Pay**: $16.50/hour

**Shifts**:

- Bettendorf, IA: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with some mandatory overtime when needed.
- Milan, IL: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm with some overtime when needed.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process and audit orders.
- Label product to fit customer needs.
- Pick and pack products to be shipped.
- Ship orders to designated customer locations.
- Unload trailers and trucks by hand (Bettendorf only).
- Maintain accurate inventories.
- Assist with rework projects as needed.
- Process and audit company returns (Milan only).
- Inspect product to ensure adherence to customer specifications (Milan only).

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School diploma, some college preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (Bettendorf) or 60 lbs (Milan).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to crouch, carry, push, and lift product.
