**About The Role**
Milestone is looking for an energetic Patient Service Coordinator to join our team as a full-time employee. You’ll work alongside nearly everyone on the Milestone Team and have opportunities to have a meaningful impact in many areas.
**Primary Areas of Responsibility**
100% - At All times, Our Team Is Expected To:
- Represent and lead with our Core Values
- Identify opportunities to serve & problem solve, in service of our team and families :)
80% - Parent communication: Scheduling + Reception
- Greet all that enter the facility
- Update patient info using our patient medical records system
- Schedule clinical patients with therapists
- Confirm and reschedule appointments and collect associated fees
- Administrative support, including: intake + registration of new patient
**Pay + Benefits**
- $18-$24 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
- Starting PTO: 80 hours and grows based on years with the company
- Starting Sick Time: 40 hours
- Option for 401K
- Health insurance covered at 50% for 30 + hours/week
- CEU for $450/year for 30+ hours a week and grows based on years with the company

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, 25 - 30 hours
- Mix of 9:30am-6:00pm and 7am-4pm
- 1 hour lunch & two, 10-minute breaks

**Qualifications**
- Pass a background check
- Negative TB test results
**Preferred Training + Experience**
- 1+ years in a scheduler capacity
- 1+ years of office reception or call center experience
- 2+ years in customer or client service (Definite plus if that experience is in healthcare)
- Understanding of protecting private health information (PHI) per HIPAA regulations
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
**Software We Use**
- Google Suite - gmail, docs, sheets, calendar
- Fusion Web Clinic - Electronic Medical Record system
- Slack - internal communications
- Zoom - patient sessions, meetings
- Trello - project management

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
