**YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FERTILIZING LAWNS MIN 2 YEARS**
- Must have a 3a NJ pest control license and 2 years experience.
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
**Customer Service**
- Engage and educate the customer
- Diagnose and provide solutions to problems
- Consistently evaluate the quality of services being provided to customers and develop/correct procedures to minimize customer complaints
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the materials and equipment used by employees
- Uphold a friendly and professional attitude while handling customer issues immediately and following through until resolution has been made
- Cultivate relationships with current customers
**Service and Application**
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- High school graduate
- Previous lawn care experience minimum 2 years
- Customer service experience
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of using a computer is required
- Able to lift 80 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with less than 4 points
- Willing to work in various weather conditions
- Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environmentPay: From $75,000.00 per year
