**What You Will Do**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with multiple clients, driving sales, revenue, and profit goals.
- Lead company improvement initiatives and execute a comprehensive business plan approved by senior management.
- Manage multiple projects with the aim of maximizing profitability and meeting set financial targets.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Work with VPs to negotiate terms and ensure compliance with all project-related agreements.
- Ensure adherence to all company procedures and accountability within the project team.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- A seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in commercial general contracting, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of mentoring and developing others.
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex client relationships.
