Job Title: Product Specialist, KONECRANES Parts Supply
Duties: Individual will work with existing overhead cranes/hoists in the Konecranes Parts Supply Business. Specific responsibilities include the following:
- Identify and quote replacement of current and obsolete spare parts according to customer request’s.
- Use multiple ERP systems, drawings and historical data to help with the identification and quoting of parts.
- In addition to quoting the requested parts, be proactive in quoting any additional parts that may be necessary to make the repairs.
- Interact with Purchasing Group/Vendors to get current pricing and delivery times for purchased parts.
- Use Price Estimator tools to establish list prices for Manufactured Parts.
- Work with local Data Integrity Team for the creation of new ID’S, Master Data and pricing updates and replacement ID’S for obsolete parts
This position will report to the Manager, Product Specialists, KONECRANES Parts Supply
