**Position: Warehouse Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations**
- Manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring proper storage, organization, and retrieval of materials and products.
- Monitor and improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.

**Logistics and Distribution**
- Oversee logistics and distribution operations, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
- Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and ensure on-time product delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Inventory Control**
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control practices using ERP tools in Oracle.
- Minimize excess or obsolete inventory while ensuring materials are available for production.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

**Prompt Follow-Up Actions**
- Identify and address supply chain issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems and improve overall efficiency.

**Cross-Departmental Collaboration**
- Collaborate effectively with other departments such as production, quality assurance, and procurement.
- Ensure seamless communication to meet production and quality goals.

**Materials Procurement and Planning**
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to order raw materials, components, and packaging materials.
- Utilize Oracle and other supply chain tools to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Develop and execute material planning strategies to meet production demands while minimizing costs and lead times.

**Production Planning and Scheduling**
- Work closely with production teams to provide materials according to production schedules and to align with customer demand.
- Utilize Oracle ERP System for scheduling and resource allocation to optimize production efficiency.
- Monitor production progress and promptly address scheduling challenges to meet delivery targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operation and supply chain management, with knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in IVD manufacturing (e.g., ISO 13485) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse operation, and inventory control in the manufacturing industry.
- Bilingual in English / Chinese preferred.

**Salary Range**

**Annual Salary**: $68,000 to $88,000

Pay: $68,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
