Warehouse Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Supervise the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Optimize inventory management to reduce stock overflow and shortages.
- Implement safety protocols to ensure the safety of employees and the warehouse facility.
- Manage the warehouse team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, and customer service departments to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain warehouse operational manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or overseas warehouse management.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and optimizing team resources.
- Familiar with relevant regulations, including storage, logistics, and employee safety.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours, including overtime when necessary.
- Must be fluent in Chinese, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
