**Job Summary**:
As the Manager of Field Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects of our field projects, from initial planning through completion. You will manage a team of field technicians and work closely with both our design and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and schedule field operations ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers and other department heads to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking and access control systems.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Provide training and support to field staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in field operations within the low voltage industry, specifically in networking (computer, IT networking) and access control systems.
- Proven construction management experience with a solid understanding of project management principles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians and contractors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with modern technology and industry-specific software and tools.
- Relevant certifications in networking, project management, or related fields are preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Working experience with Control4
- Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
