**ULTRA MOBILE **is seeking a talented **_Associate Director, Performance Partnerships_** to join the **_Marketing Team_** Individual reports to **_Sr. Director, Performance Partnerships. _**Role is **_remote; must reside in the United States._**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The **Associate Director, Performance Partnerships **for our Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile brands will work side-by-side with the Sr. Director of Performance Partnerships to own affiliate initiatives that drive new user acquisition. This role is responsible for the success of our affiliate program, oversees our in-house performance partnerships team, leads day-to-day affiliate relationships, and creates outside-the-box partnerships to bring our program to the next level. This role is pivotal in the success of our media team and will shape our affiliate and partnership strategies.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:

- Day-to-day management of the performance partnerships team; focusing on driving innovation, growth, and efficiency within the channel
- Maintain all aspects of partnership go-to-market plans and work closely with internal cross-functional teams on the execution
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners
- Pioneer our performance partnerships strategy to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and awareness
- Exhibit a player-coach mentality with the ability to support the team hands-on while still leading and developing direct reports and driving the programs forward
- Identify, prospect, evaluate, and prioritize performance partnership opportunities, establishing KPIs that will determine the success of the partnerships
- Manage all aspects of end-to-end partner implementation, such as negotiations, financial modeling, contract management, partner support, tracking, and reporting, etc

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 6+ years of experience in a performance marketing role with 4+ years owning/leading affiliate programs
- Direct experience launching new and growing existing affiliate programs
- Strong communicator with an aptitude for managing and building relationships
- Demonstrated ability to influence, develop and motivate people from diverse backgrounds
- Hands-on day-to-day program management experience
- Enthusiasm for translating data into action
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines
