**Title : Store Designer II**

**Duration: 6+ months contract position with possibility of extension**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of retail spaces, including concept creation, space planning and fixture design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, and Visual Merchandising, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative retail design strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail design, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your retail design projects and creative abilities.
- Job Description: Oversee the design and development of Fixture design/Merchandising displays/Pop-up shops/Events.
- Evolve concepts through design development and prototyping as required for management approvals. Execute design standards for department store counter installations and explore new finishes, details and technologies.
