Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.

**Duties**:

- Conduct the night audit process to verify all accounts are balanced and accurately reflect the day's transactions
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage phone calls and reservations with excellent phone etiquette
- Ensure the security of the property during the night shift
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision during the night shift
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
