**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively advise clients on insurance products and services.
- Continuously refine your account management skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Previous experience in account management or sales is a plus but not required - we welcome individuals with a passion for building relationships and driving results

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
