**JC Machine, Inc. (JCMI) is a manufacturing facility located in Lakeland, Florida. Originally founded in 1967 as Creasy Company, we primarily manufactured small precision components for the phosphate and chemical industries. Today, as a third-generation family owned corporation, JC Machine has grown to support the aerospace, defense, firearm, oil and gas, medical, robotic, electronic, food packaging, bottling, chemical and phosphate industries. Our Team is comprised of highly skilled members who specialize in the manufacturing and finishing of close tolerance machined components and assemblies from all types of materials including titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, composites and exotic alloys. Our company focuses on the use of cutting-edge technology and manufacturing processes to maximize customer satisfaction and product quality.**

The Account Representative is responsible for providing customers with high quality, professional customer service. The Account Representative acts as a liaison between the customer and JC Machine, assists customer on all issues, answer questions, investigates and resolves a wide array of client questions and concerns in a positive manner. This position will be expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, venders and customers.

**Responsibilities**:
** **Adhere to guidelines, policies, procedures and specifications given by both customer and JC Machine
- Process orders on a timely and accurate basis according to customer PO/Contract
- Review contracts for quality requirements
- Organization of files, projects and contracts to ensure the proper information and documentation is provided to the customer in a timely and efficient manner
- Evaluate current running orders along with outside processes to ensure on time deliveries

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- two (2) years of experience in an Account Representative / Customer service role.
- Experience in a “job shop” or manufacturing environment preferred.

*Negative drug screen is required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**

** **Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Strong communication both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and prioritizing skills
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflict
- Attention to detail essential
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Strong Microsoft, Outlook, Word, Excel knowledge preferred
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environment

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
