**Retail Associate Job Description**

**Job Duties**
- Greeting customers with a positive demeanor and **SMILE **at all times
- Hospitality skills
- Housekeeping
- Teamwork
- Open communication line
- Follow all required Lady M procedures AT ALL TIMES
- Following instructions from Boutique Supervisors
- Practice and reflect Lady M culture
- Assist in training staff and coworkers
- Assist in customer complaints and work towards resolving the issue
- Work towards achieving daily sales goals

**Qualifications**
- **Education/Experience**:Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
- **Communication Skills**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and shop manuals. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management. Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.
- **Mathematical Skills**: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios. Must be able to count change in American monetary units.
- **Physical Requirements**:This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least three consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

**Work Hours**:Open availability to work weekends, weekdays
- EEOC_

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends only

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
