You'll be responsible for producing print and digital deliverables across the brand, from concept to completion. You're proactive, a critical thinker, and have an arsenal of design chops in your pocket, with the ability to innovate. This role'¯is based'¯in Austin TX, within the Whole Foods Market corporate offices.'¯Embrace a hybrid work environment, spending 3 days in our downtown office and 2 days working from home/remote. We are a people-first company, and'¯big egos don't work out here. We thrive on collaboration and have a laid-back'¯but hard-working culture.

**Responsibilities**:Â
- Work with the creative team to ensure our brand standards are maintained in cross-platform marketing communications. Â
- Art d irect food photoshoots, giving thorough direction for food and prop styling. Â
- Ability to approach design systematically while upholding graphic consistency of brand in a fast-paced, evolving environment. E nsure quality with mínimal supervision. Â
- Work cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Â
- Manage various projects from start to finish within production deadlines. Â
- Build constructive business relationships with all marketing stakeholders, including Amazon counterparts. Â
- Adopt new technology and emerging tools'”consistently evolve digital skillset. Â
- This is a traditional graphic design role. Not a UX/UI design role. Â

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:Â
- Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Â
- Ability to learn and be comfortable with multiple work platforms. Â
- Strong conceptual design skills. Â
- Comfortable working on conceptual as well as templated projects. Â
- Excels in digital media creation, graphic design, typography, and photo direction skills. Â
- Able to work well with various stakeholders to move projects from concept through. Â
- Excels in collaboration. Â
- Commitment and personal resonance with Whole Foods Market core values. Â
- Animation skills are a plus Â

Â

**Minimum Qualifications**:Â
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Â
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and/or Sketch, Microsoft Office Suite. Â
- Willingness to learn new design programs and tools. Â
