The City of Martinsburg Housing Authority is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Capital fund Project Manager to join our team.

Daily duties will include budgeting, developing physical needs assessments, performing wage studies, reviewing all current and new vendor contracts, reviewing vendor invoices, and working closely with procurement on procuring new vendors.

Other duties will include working closely with the Executive Director to create a Capital Fund plan for 5 year execution.

Performs other duties as assigned

Rate of pay: 65,000 per year

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
