Description: The Seville Culinary Director is responsible for the full-scope hands on management of the Seville Food and Beverage program, to include creating, implementing, training, and monitoring nutritional programs to exceed the regulatory requirements of our Residents and safely achieving a superior level of quality service while operating within budget.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for both FOH and BOH management.
- Maintain appropriate records and participate in the research, preparation, and writing of the department budget.
- Develop and implement standards to be compliant with federal, state, and local agency regulations.
- Direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees; hire, train, empower, coach, counsel, and resolve conflict through fair treatment policy; terminate as necessary.
**Experience**:
- Strong background in commercial kitchen and and service management.
- Project management skills to plan and execute culinary event projects effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
Pay: From $73,000.00 per year
