Naples Women’s Care Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Outreach Associate. This position will primarily focus on supporting our outreach efforts and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. The Outreach Associate will play a crucial role in fundraising activities, donor engagement, event planning, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:

- Assist with mailings, including preparing and sending correspondence to donors for special holidays, appeals etc.
- Handle check deposits and maintain accurate records of donations.
- Prepare and send thank-you notes to donors and supporters.
- Compile monthly credit card expense reports and reconcile expenses.

2. Scheduling and Coordination:

- Assist with scheduling and creating / printing materials for meetings with donors, Center tours and presentations.

3. Donor Engagement:

- Availability to meet with donors to discuss our organization's mission and initiatives.
- Assistance with Center Committee meetings, particularly during seasonal months which includes, but is not limited to, preparing decks, printing, coordinating meetings, and presentations.

4. Event Planning:

- Assist in planning and coordinating our major fundraising event, including sending save-the-dates and invitations, sponsorship requests, printing event materials, and collecting RSVP’s.
- Provide support in event logistics, such as venue coordination, catering arrangements, and guest management.

5. Fundraising Strategy:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic fundraising plans.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for donor cultivation and stewardship.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

2. Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, especially in administrative tasks and event planning.

4. Administration Experience: Previous experience in office administration and event planning or coordination is preferred.

5. Flexible Availability: Available to work 10 hours per week during the off season (May - September), with additional hours during seasonal months as needed (up to 30 hours per week October - April).

6. Passion for the Mission: Genuine passion for our organization's mission and commitment to fundraising and donor engagement.

Compensation:

- Hourly rate: $21 per hour
- Paid hourly, with the opportunity for additional hours during seasonal months

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Naples, FL 34112: Relocate before starting work (required)
