**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and relay requests for information (e.g. directions, area attractions and restaurant suggestions).
- Inform guests about facilities (e.g. the swimming pool and business center).
- Plan small group meals and entertainment (e.g. golf outings, cooking classes and concert tickets).
- Arrange private transportation for hotel guests.
- Book entertainment, local tours and regional activities.
- Assist guests with special requests or other needs (e.g. medical assistance, laundry or dry cleaning services).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- concierge: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
