Patient Service Representative/phone Bank

We need an exceptional Patient Service Representative whose primary responsibility will be to manage inbound / outbound calls as well as schedule patients, mange patient flow, demonstrate superior customer service, be a collaborative team player and tackle all tasks with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm.
**Job duties of the Patient Service Representative include**:
- Answer all calls in a timely fashion.
- Schedule appointments following appropriate guidelines to maximize schedule density.
- Address any and all patient questions and concerns.
- Communicate clearly with patients and medical staff.
- Obtaining medical insurance information and processing eligibility.
- Obtaining proper forms for patient registration.
- Entering demographics and payment information.
- Other general office duties as required.
- Consistently demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service
**Qualifications of the Patient Service Representative include**:
- Strong Communication (oral and written) skills.
- Excellent Customer Service acumen.
- Positive attitude
- You want to work hard, make patients feel welcome and enjoy coming to work every day.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
