**Job Summary**

Regional Trip Lead will be responsible for consistently delivering outstanding Go Trip experiences that are engaging, effectively marketed, executed with excellence, well-attended, and on budget. Proactivity is essential, continually looking for ways to improve trip experiences (pre, during, and post trip) from the perspective of the trip participant, as well as becoming more effective and efficient internally throughout execution. With an eye for growth, this person will also proactively identify effective opportunities to scale trip offerings to provide greater impact, and enable more engagement.

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Partner with Trips Director to develop trip partner relationships. Actively engage in quarterly strategic partner meetings, and follow up on any next steps.
- Lead excellence in design and execution of ReachOut Go Trips within respective region including:

- Closely working with partners on all trip operations and logistics
- Trip planning, itineraries, logistics, budgets, tracking, and continual improvement
- Trip Leader and Go Group Leader recruiting, preparation & followup
- Preparing Trip Leaders to effectively lead trips on the ground
- Ensure excellence of trip, within budget
- Quick follow up on trip survey information after every trip
- Collaboration on spiritual growth of trip participants
- Identify ways to increase Crossroads community engagement with Go Trips
- Proactively recommend creative, effective marketing approaches
- Proactively pursue best-in-class trip web pages & trip partner web pages (information, photos, videos, links, etc.)
- Oversee communication with individuals interested in trips, current trip participants, and trip alumni
- Collaborate with Local RO team to increase synergies between global and local/national partners/initiatives
- Effectively utilize Trips systems to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Effectively utilize systems designed to efficiently manage trips (Asana, Go Method, etc.)
- Identify best practices, and develop systems and processes that allow for excellence today, and the ability to scale for more trips and deeper trip engagement in the future _(Shared expectation across the Trips Team)_
- Continually look for ways to refine and improve trip excellence
- Optimize internal efficiency for RO (systems, communication, etc.)
- Deepen & streamline RO participant engagement
- Facilitate meaningful and effective trips volunteer engagement
- Lead the execution of ReachOut projects that benefit the entire trips team and/or all of ReachOut
- Proactively identify opportunities to make our ReachOut / Trip projects and offerings better (more effective, more efficient, less expensive, more fun, more visible, etc.), align with the Trips Director, and then work with the team and/or volunteers to develop and execute the new solutions, processes, and protocols
- Lead new projects to completion with excellence, aligned with team needs, on time and on budget
- Be a fantastic team player
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day
- Build up teammates, volunteers, trip participants, and other ministry areas
- Consistently foster a great work environment
- Actively and fully participate in major ReachOut events such as Thanksgiving Food Drive, Christmas Gift Drive, World Impact Experience, ReachOut Volunteer Events, Trip Reunion Events, etc.

**Job Must-Haves**
- Spiritual Maturity (Producer on SRFP)
- Leadership experience on Crossroads Go Trips
- Experience working in both Crossroads central and sites is ideal
- Ability to travel locally and internationally
- High-level networking/interpersonal skills
- Ability to see needs, and positively & practically respond
- Ability to create & deliver clear, concise, compelling and engaging training
- Commitment to the Crossroads mission & carrier of Crossroads culture
