Data Analytics Specialist

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maximize use of latest software tools to provide leading edge business intelligence to all levels of the organization.
- Provides sales and margin analysis, including but not limited to reporting of performance to sales quotas, key products sales, margin analysis by market, and profitability by market.
- Trains, develops, and leads the team of finance and sales administration employees in the use of the latest software tools.
- Works closely with the IT department to ensure proper controls around development and implementation of software.
- Provides details and support and works with sales and marketing for yearly price increases.
- Ensure processes are in place for future data analytic improvements and goals for margin improvements are met.
- Leader in developing performance excellence results for the Finance department including tools for Executive Leadership working with financial information.
- Other duties, as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Work Experience: 1 - 4 years of experience
- A combination of education and work experience in a similar capacity will be considered.
