Scheduling Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Scheduling Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating schedules with our service partners and assisting in the general clerical duties of the administrative offices. The basic function of the Scheduling Coordinator is to plan, organize and coordinate daily operations with service partners to ensure the overall success of projects. The scheduling coordinator will also maintain and update schedules, verify the availability of service partners and forecast external scheduling needs.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Collaborates with Service Partners to finalize the weekly plan and forecast upcoming projects.
- Analyzes forecast of upcoming contracted work, adjusts plans; prepares communications to operations and customers.
- Prepares work orders and customer notifications. Assist with dispatch of field crew members/service partners.
- Identifies and expedites alternative solutions and recommendations to meet unforeseen conditions such as schedule delays, alternate schedules, changes in customer requests, employee absences, etc.
- Relay and record field personnel assignment accurately; prepare work orders.
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Prepares lists of required materials, tools and equipment. Coordinates delivery of rental equipment and safety inspections as needed.
- Develops and maintains processes and procedures for Scheduling department and/or continuous improvement.
- Become an expert with the company scheduling/database software.

- Strong problem solving and solution development & implementation.
- Previous experience in scheduling environment, highly desired.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Anaheim, CA (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Anaheim, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
