We’re hiring **Instructor Coordinators (IC)** to provide top-notch EMS training in Palmer, Massachusetts. The role involves direct instruction, utilization of online resources and PowerPoints, prompt grading of assignments and exams, and guiding students through practical stations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional instruction aligned with our company's values and learning outcomes.
- Create a collaborative and supportive environment for both staff and students.
- Adhere to schedules while remaining adaptable to unexpected changes (with management approval).
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and student performance.
- Ensure Training Assistants stick to schedules and promptly report any deviations.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Management Team.
- Uphold uniform attire standards.

**Certifications**:

- Certified as a Massachusetts Instructor Coordinator (IC).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years of patient-care experience.
- Prior teaching experience required.
- A minimum of one year EMT-B experience or higher.
- AHA, ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPR Provider, Fire Instructor I/II certification or willing to obtain.
- All ICs shall be currently approved by the Department, pursuant to 105 CMR 170.977, and meet all requirements of 105 CMR 170.977 and A/R 2-210, Instructor/Coordinator Manual.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
