**Position Overview**:
As the Event Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of all events hosted at Saint Patrick's Restaurant Group and Entertainment Center. You will oversee the coordination and management of various aspects of event operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently met. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering unparalleled experiences to our customers.

**COMMISSION PAY IS AWARDED**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events, including weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and any other special occasions as well as weekly, monthly or annual events hosted by us.

2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, providing guidance, support, and personalized service to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

3. Collaborate with the culinary team and bar staff to create customized menus and beverage packages tailored to each event.

4. Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, pricing strategies, and expense tracking, to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

5. Recruit, train, and supervise event staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff, to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.

6. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment, décor, and amenities are arranged according to client specifications and company standards.

7. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality and enhance the overall guest experience.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management, hospitality, and customer service to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in event management or hospitality management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

5. Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

7. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

8. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
