**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with owners to further develop business and operation strategies to achieve high levels of success.
- Collaborate, supervise and work with front and back office (Office Managers, RDA/DA, RDH, Receptionist, TC, Billers, etc., ) to ensure a productive and seamless high quality patient experience.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
