- ** Receiving**: Efficiently handle and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- ** Staging and Material Handling**: Accurately stage materials and handle them safely, preparing items for delivery or storage.
- ** Loading and Unloading**: Load and unload trucks, ensuring items are handled with care and properly accounted for.
- ** Deliveries and Pick-Ups**: Conduct scheduled deliveries and pick-ups, prioritizing customer service and timely execution.
- ** Inventory Control**: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock counts and inventory tracking.
- ** General Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including cleaning and stocking supplies.
- ** Special Projects**: Participate in various special projects as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills & Experience**
- ** Must have years experience working in a warehouse completing the above job responsibilities.**:

- High school diploma/GED
- Must be able to bend, stand all day and lift heavy boxes
- Well-organized, able to multitask but also attention to detail
- Ability to think quickly and resolve issues
- Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer skills such as Outlook, excel, word.
- Superior organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- HVAC knowledge is a plus

**Eligibility Requirements**
- This position requires a valid driver’s license.
- Employment/education will be verified.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Encon is a drug free workplace and requires post-offer pre-employment drug testing.
- Able to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach and operate heavy machinery.
- Able to work off a ladder, sometimes at heights.
- Able to safely lift 50 pounds.
