Job Overview

The Night Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse during evening hours. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to the Night Warehouse Manager.
  • Efficiently selects and organizes cases from pallet positions to a moving conveyor system.
  • Accurately marks customer orders with specific case identifiers.
  • Identifies product types and their respective inventory locations within the warehouse.
  • Collaborates with team members to direct and communicate the next picking order, whether it involves case selection, lifting, or placement.
  • Supplies the conveyor system in the correct truck stop-order sequence.
  • Packs individual bottles into boxes as per customer orders.
  • Gains knowledge of product lines, single-bottle inventory, and their locations.
  • Compares case contents with customer invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Identifies and rectifies errors in inventory.
  • Clearly communicates the contents of cases and split line boxes at the checking station.
  • Makes necessary adjustments to facilitate unloading and maintain load stability.
  • Ensures correct loading of trucks and verifies total cases required per truck.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role require the employee to regularly lift weights ranging from 35 to 50 lbs throughout their shift. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in operating a forklift and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Able to lift and place a significant number of individual cases, totaling 4,000 or more.
  • Frequent and repetitive physical activities such as lifting, squatting, bending, walking, and sitting are required.
  • Availability to work a standard 10-hour night shift, with flexibility for occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
  • A collaborative team player.
