**About this role**

**Onsite**: This is a full-time, **in-office** position at our Santa Ana, CA location.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the marketing and technology teams to develop creative concepts and execute design strategies for promotional campaigns and events.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure designs remain fresh and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate production of materials.

**Required Qualifications**
- 2+ years of professional digital & print graphic design experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- 1+ years of experience with a design and visual communication platform (e.g., Canva).
- Able to work in our Santa Ana, CA office location.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
- Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, color theory, illustration, and photo retouching.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and explain design ideas to non-designers.
- Knowledge of web design, HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
