**About the Role**:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee small to medium-sized projects valued up to $1 million and with a duration of less than 12 months. Reporting to the Senior Director of Program Management, you will collaborate with other program managers and take direction as needed. Your primary responsibility will be to manage project progress, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Continuously review project status and budget, managing schedules and generating reports to track project progress.
- Identify and address project issues to meet production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide guidance to project control analysts in creating project/program integrated master schedules.
- Assist in developing mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervening as needed to solve problems.
- Develop and manage project plans, allocating resources effectively to achieve schedule, budget, quality, and specification goals.
- Monitor project schedule, timeline, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet delivery goals.
- Supervise project management staff, offering technical support and direction as required.
- Create progress reports and present results to project staff as necessary.
- Identify project issues and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and guide employees working on assigned projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressively complex experience in project administration; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Solid understanding of project management processes, planning, scheduling methods, and budget management.
- Experience with PMI processes or possessing a PMP certification is desirable.
- Proficiency in initiating, planning, and managing projects.
- Ability to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Skill in identifying and addressing project risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication, computer literacy, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment**:

- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally kneel or squat.
- Standard start time: 6:00 AM (negotiable).

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Experience level:

- 6 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
