Cafe Manager

The Juicery is opening a new location in Dover, NH

The **Cafe Manager** at The Juicery in Dover is responsible for the overall day to day operations of our quick serve restaurant. As the Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team, customer relations, product ordering and inventory, hiring, and administrative tasks.
- Direct day-to-day operations of the store
- Creating and managing store schedule
- Managing product ordering and store inventory
- Managing cash handling
- Hiring, training, and developing staff
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Managing and enforcing food safety procedures
- Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team

The Juicery is an independently owned and operated quick serve restaurant chain operating in multiple states throughout New England. This juice bar is driven by producing high quality and healthy alternatives to other quick serve options that consumers have in the marketplace.

**Prior Experience & Qualifications**:

- Experience with managing orders in a high-volume environment
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required)
- Full-time availability

**Compensation**:

- Our pay structure includes an hourly base rate of **$20/hour**. With an estimated average of an additional **$5 - $7 per hour** in tips. (Please note tips are not guaranteed.)

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
