Kitchen Cabinet Sales Representative

We’re seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. $50,000 - $80,000 annually
**Responsibilities**:
- Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
- Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
- Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our kitchen cabinet product line, features, and benefits
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate our unique selling points
Customer Engagement:
- Interact with potential and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct consultations to understand customer needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Provide expert advice on kitchen cabinet designs, layouts, and customization options
Sales Process:
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
**Qualifications**:
- A consistent top performer in sales
- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
- Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen cabinet products, materials, and design principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
**Education and Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus)
- Previous experience in kitchen cabinet sales or a related field is highly desirable
