**Positive Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an AT&T Account Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their telecommunication needs, and promoting AT&T products and services. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management_
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand clients' business needs and challenges to provide tailored AT&T solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on AT&T products and services
- Sales and Product Management_
- Stay informed about the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of AT&T solutions
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of AT&T offerings to clients
- Documentation and Reporting_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and achievements
- Team Collaboration_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Share feedback and market insights with the team to contribute to overall business growth

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Knowledge of AT&T products and services is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
