**The hours for this role are Monday through Thursday 5:30pm - 8:30pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- The Administrative Office Coordinator oversees the administrative operations of this site.
- Provide receptionist duties to the clients and visitors.
- Provides administrative support to psychiatric staff
- Preparing charts
- Collecting copays
- Scheduling appointments
- Medical record requests
- Responsible for all clinical and administrative records
- Maintaining office equipment.
- This role purchases office supplies, handles petty cash, and weekly bank deposits.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.

**Education and Experience**:

- **A High School Diploma is required.**:

- **3 years of experience in an administrative role or customer service field.**
