**About the Company**:
Summit Settlement Services is a national provider of title and closing services for refinances, purchases, and REO transactions. We provide lenders solutions by utilizing state of the art technology along with flexible customer service processes. Summit believes in creating strong partnerships and cultivating trust by being solution oriented and always putting the client and their customer first.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deposit all closing service revenue daily.
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and review all reconciliation reports including ending and beginning trial balance, delinquent deposits and wires, outstanding checks, disbursements, bank statements, and reconciliation reports to resolve any discrepancies.
- Complete three-way reconciliations on all escrow accounts.
- Complete month-end close.
- Review and enter recording invoices from third party vendors to ensure they are accounted for accurately.
- Refund any recording overages.
- Maintain proper procedures for processing shortages.
- Maintain a payment schedule to track payments made and due.
- Collaborate with Compliance team to complete and organize audit responses.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Computer proficiency required.
- Experience with reconciliation required.
- 2+ years of related work experience in banking or financial services industry required.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
