UCP of Central Arizona provides services to individuals with disabilities and their families by providing physical and developmental support and educational growth which is the foundation for “**Life without Limits**”. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our _**ArizonaAbility Adult Day Program.**_

In this role, the Program Manager is responsible for supporting and supervising the operations of the **Day Training Adult (DTA)** program and the **Employment Services** program. The Program Manager will oversee the delivery of services to our members to ensure the program meets the standards set by UCP and the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). The Program Manager plans, organizes, coordinates, manages, and directs the program, projects, and activities related to the DTA and Employment Services and evaluates the delivery of comprehensive services relevant to the success of individuals with disabilities in conjunction and under the direction of the Vice President of Adult Program Operations. This position directly supervises assigned employees and establishes a positive work environment characterized by challenging work, a team approach to problem-solving, individual recognition for excellence, and the collective celebration of success.

**Essential Functions**:

- Manage the overall operations of the DTA and Employment Service programs within the policies established by the UCP; ensuring compliance with all applicable licensing regulations. Able to complete training programs and pass associated tests to meet competency requirements
- Coordinate the design, implementation, and evaluation of systems developed to meet DTA and Employment Service division goals and objectives. As required by the license, ensure manual dexterity to keep documentation records; assess and provide behavior management in crises and call for assistance if needed, and be able to physically perform CPR/First Aid.
- Obtain the required documents from the DDD support coordinator (planning documents and authorizations for the DTA and employment services). Assist with creating documents for the DTA and Employment Services for the next month (i.e. goals, skin integrity, toileting, attendance and transportation).
- Monitor and review incident reports, internal reviews of maltreatment; the evaluation of the satisfaction of services related to member service delivery and rights; and the attainment of staff competency and training requirements.
- Supervise, interview, train, evaluate, discipline, and terminate all assigned employees in a manner consistent with company policies and practices.
- Provide leadership and direction to assigned employees consistent with the company’s policies to ensure work is completed on time, within allocated resources, and in a manner that develops leadership skills.
- Provide program outreach into the community, and engage in planning events and program enhancements.
- Must be able to provide own transportation to and from provider meetings and community engagements.
- Marketing of the program to external consumers, including providing guided tours.
- Monitor DTA and Employment Services member billing and payroll, follow up as necessary to ensure timely payment, and make adjustments, as needed to meet budget projections.
- As scheduled, complete duties as the primary backup to the Vice President of Adult Program Operations.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience, and/or human services experience.
- For assignments that require the employee to drive a vehicle, have a valid state driver’s license, and meet the minimum requirements set forth in the company’s Transportation Policy. _Must be able to demonstrate competency in the following areas: operate an agency transport vehicle, and load and unload vehicles in a safe manner. _
- Ability to successfully pass criminal background and fingerprint checks, pre-employment drug/alcohol screening following a conditional job offer as well as throughout the course of employment
- Requires 3 verifiable non-family references.
- Demonstrated ability to productively collaborate with clients, co-workers, external constituents, committees, and UCP Managers.
- Superior writing skills with an ability to use computer technology to promote efficiency and enhance presentations/materials. Be able to speak, read and write English.
