MY GUYS KNOW HOW is a company dedicated to making technology accessible and easy to understand. We install and service networking, audio, video, and smart home technology both commercially and residentially. Are you the go-to person in your family when their tech isn’t working? What You’ll Do:

- Install, service, and troubleshoot residential and commercial networking, audio, video, and smart home technology
- Identify and repair sources of customer-perceived issues
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Review requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement
- Educate the customer on products installed, including capabilities and usage
- Complete paperwork accurately to to record work order status
- Drive a company vehicle between the shop and work sites
- Clean, maintain, and stock company vehicle to perform required duties

Who We’re Looking For:

- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Comfortable working in tight spaces such as a crawl space or attic of a house
- Able to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
- Able to lift, climb, and carry ladders with weight of up to 80lbs
- Comes to work with an optimistic attitude
- Finds satisfaction in a job done well
- Kind and respectful towards fellow employees and customers

MY GUYS KNOW HOW is a team of custom installation professionals dedicated to creating entertainment and networking systems that are accessible to everyone. We provide pre-packaged and custom entertainment and networking solutions for people that want the easy button to their digital life. Each of us at MGKH loves what we do: working together closely to make sure any technology in your home or business is working at peak performance.

In our field we have seen a lot of fad driven technologies, careless craftsmanship, and sloppy installations. That’s why we pride ourselves on providing the very best solution and installing the system correctly the first time. Digital technology is supposed to enhance our lives and make daily tasks easier, not give us headaches and make us frustrated because something doesn’t work. We here at MGKH feel no one should settle for buggy systems and workarounds because “that’s just how it is.” We’re here to show our customers just how easy and fun their systems should be to use.

We utilize a precise process which puts our clients front and center. Our customers’ specific needs and perspectives inform every recommendation we make. We couple our broad project management experience with inventive problem-solving and continuous correspondence throughout the installation process. By doing so we ensure that we are indeed home technology experts.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 50 per week
