Termination Operator

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reads the traveler and Knowles procedures to select the proper termination for required parts.
- Programs the chip star machine with the appropriate dimensions and type of termination.
- Removes plates with pieces and dries them in the oven.
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:
- **Minimum Education and/or Experience required**: To perform this an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job
- Must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak in English. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow work instructions and lot paperwork. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Capability to perform mathematical tasks such as adding, subtracting, multiplication, division is required.
- Ability to learn and understand moderately complex mechanical assemblies and perform maintenance tasks.
- All applicants must be eligible to work in the US without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials.
Must be a US citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
**Benefits**:
Knowles is committed to providing a competitive and fair total compensation package for all employees.
One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting salary pay for this role is targeted to be between $17.00 to $19.00
