**Job Title: Project Architect (Building Architecture)**

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture is required.
- Licensure or licensure track is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Healthcare projects is ideal.
- Proficiency in Revit preferred (5+ years of experience)
- Strong communication, time management, and organization skills
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements required.
- 5+ years of project experience in an architectural practice developing technical documents.
- Working knowledge of e-Builder and related Construction Admin Software is a plus.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize Sketchup, Revit, and CAD software to create detailed architectural drawings and designs.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Utilize construction administrative experience to oversee project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Utilize organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Utilize knowledge of construction management and contracts to ensure projects are following regulations.
- Participate in business development activities to identify new project opportunities and expand client base.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with vendors and contractors.
- Utilize relevant skills in renovation and interior design to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.
