Chris' Cleaning LLC is looking to hire/train a respectable PART TIME cleaner.
We are a local family run cleaning company looking for GREAT people to join our team.

Chris' Cleaning LLC mission is to take pride in providing BETTER service for our clients than our competitors can. This allows us to charge more and pay our cleaners more.

This job posting is for our 6 office locations in the Riverhead area.

Pay starts at $17-18.50 per hour. ON THE BOOKS. If you show yourself to be a good solid cleaner, you can get raises.

Pay incentives, raises, bonuses given for good performers, good attendance, good attitude.

ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Must be Professional, detail-oriented, hardworking and love to clean.
2. Must have good attendance and have a great attitude at all times.
3. Must be RELIABLE and; TRUSTWORTHY.
4. Must have not be grossed out cleaning toilets. (it's not that bad)

5. Be able to take constructive criticism. Don't take it personally

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Must have a valid social security number and authorized to work in the United States. (we conduct background checks prior to your start)
2. Speak English.
3. own your own CAR

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Perform floor care duties, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals properly according to safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
