Duration**:11 Months**
Location**:Malvern, PA**

**Shift - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time**

This position is for the **Healthcare Diagnostics **division.

We are looking for **a Global Compensation Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- You will **analyze competitive data** for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges
- You will **analyze data**, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of **employee compensation**:

- You will work closely with the Americas Compensation team while collaborating with the **Global Compensation team** to implement and assist with communications of **global and local compensation programs.**:

- You will support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from the local legacy **HRIS **system to a global **Workday platform**.
- You will partner with HR Operations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.
- You will support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday)

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
- **CCP **and **GRP **certifications are preferred
- Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

- You bring relevant working experience in Compensation and have a sound knowledge of compensation-related topics, especially in the United States.
- You have a proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs.
- You are skilled in project management, Microsoft Office (Word, **Excel**, PowerPoint, Access) and fluent in English.
- You have experience in **Workday** Core Compensation & Jobs and **Advanced Compensation.**:

- You demonstrate solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
