Material Planner Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Planner to join our team. The Material Planner will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule.

**Duties**:

- Develop production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing inventory levels
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track material usage
- Collaborate with suppliers to monitor and improve delivery performance
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
- Manage contracts with suppliers and negotiate pricing

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
- Proficiency in using systems for material planning and inventory control
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
