Working out of our Scottsdale office in the Operations Department, we are looking for our next Operations Representative.

**OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE**

**What the Job Entails**:

- Create and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
- Manage day to day transportation operations including but not limited to load building, dispatching, tracking, & scheduling shipments
- Ensure all required shipping documentation is prepared.
- Maintain effective and professional communication both internally and externally within a timely manner.
- Assist with cost negotiation on shipments.
- Collaborate with both carrier and sales teams.
- Continue to follow standard operating procedures.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- High School Diploma
- >2-year experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Customer Operations experience within the industry preferred.
- Problem solving skills, detail-oriented, high level of multi-tasking skills.
- Outgoing personality, high energy, flexible
- Great attitude and desire to work hard.
- Team player mentality
