In this entry-level position, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your skills and compassion to provide personalized care and support to our diverse resident community.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Engaging Interactions**: Forge meaningful connections with residents, staff, and family members through positive interactions.
- ** Companionship**:Provide companionship and support to residents through recreational activities during daily visits.
- ** Life Skills Coaching**: Utilize your experience or interest in caregiving to assist residents with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily service logs and track progress towards residents' care plan goals.
- ** Meal Preparation**:Prepare dinner for/with residents and adhere to dietary plans.
- ** Communication**:Report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:High School Diploma
- ** Experience or Interest in Caregiving**: Prior experience or a strong interest in caregiving for individuals living with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- ** Dependability**:Demonstrate reliability and commitment to fulfilling job responsibilities consistently.
- ** Compassion**:We value individuals with the right skills and personality traits, regardless of prior experience.
- ** Certifications**:CPR and First Aid certifications preferred, or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment.
