**Operations Transformation Lead**
The Operations Transformation Lead will provide business leadership for all transformation efforts within Treasury Management. Responsibilities include oversight of existing remediation work, identification of existing processes that can be simplified, as well as managing operational readiness as it relates to the role out of changes to roles, responsibilities, process design, and control frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assesses the current state operating model and develops a plan to standardize and centralize processes that will create scalability and enhance the current control environment.
- Partners with technology to deliver modern tools and platforms that will enable the business to achieve its strategic goals.
- Responsible for overall coordination, management, and tracking of the operational readiness elements of process and technology implementation as it relates to transformation.
- Identifies, documents, tracks, and resolves issues within operations.
- Creates a data driven management culture by partnering with our technology and reporting teams to ensure operations management have the tools needed to make data driven decisions.

**Educational Requirements**
- University (Degree) Preferred

**Work Experience**
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

**Physical Requirements**
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

- 7+ years of treasury management experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Change management and transformation experience

**Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week, one flexible day for remote work.**
