Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Team Lead and Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center training initiatives.

**Duties**:

- Lead a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Deliver initial and ongoing training to new and existing representatives.
- Create training materials and enliven the training process.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Experience in curriculum development and training delivery
- Knowledge of human capital management principles and practices
- Ability to develop content for training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
