We are looking for a Resource Manager to join our Professional Services team in the United States, reporting to the senior director of Global Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning Professional Services engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to customer-facing engagements, considering the needed resource skill set, availability, and project scope. **What you’ll do**:

- Build and maintain a resource skill set matrix of Professional Services engineers, project managers, and subcontractors, tracking their expertise in various technologies and engagement types
- Manage and analyze key metrics such as billable and total utilization, high demands skills and engagement models, time to staff, overtime work, etc.
- Analyze capacity and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects
- Review, refine, and implement best practice methods, tools, and procedures to optimize resource management across Infoblox Professional Services Foster excellent relationships with the Professional Services team and serve as a trusted advisor to Professional Services leadership

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5+ years of experience as a resource manager in a fast-paced and growing professional services organization in a SaaS company or a software delivery company
- Deep familiarity with all aspects of professional services operations, from deal closure, through project delivery, billing, and project closure
- Experience working with and staffing subcontractors in professional services engagements and managing and tracking resource skill sets
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience working with global teams across multiple cultures, time zones, departments, and functions
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, process-driven mindset, resourcefulness and experience driving organizational change, behavior and mind set
- Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; master’s degree preferred, RMCP certification perferred

**What success looks like**:
After 6 months, you will
- Become familiar with Professional Services offerings, operations, and processes.
- Understand the current processes and tools of the resource management activities and the Professional Services operations team.
- Foster outstanding relationships, trust, and collaboration with the Professional Services organization.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Understand Infoblox solutions and the sales cycle.
- Become a trusted member to the Professional Services leadership team.

After 1 year, you will
- Build programs and processes to accelerate resource management activities and reporting
- Build programs and processes to improve operational cadence and KPI reporting
- Achieve additional goals as discussed with your manager
