About this Role:

- This contract position is anticipated to run through late fall/early winter 2024. Extension of this contract or conversion to permanent status depends on recruiting volume and satisfactory performance_

What You'll Do:

- Work with the Senior Corporate Recruiter to build/maintain the recruiting processes
- Manage and optimize the applicant tracking software (iCIMS)
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, department leads, and stakeholders
- Conduct phone screens and virtual and in-person interviews
- Collaborate with recruiters from sister companies and regional recruiting leads
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs
- General administrative functions as they relate to recruiting Support initiatives to create marketing collateral as it relates to recruiting, brand awareness, and relationship-building
- Collaborate with third-party recruitment firms to broaden our recruitment capacity

What You'll Bring:

- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of corporate recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking software
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Experience recruiting for professional and/or field/labor positions
- Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to navigate a sometimes-ambiguous environment, as well as areas of undefined process or structure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel short-term to recruiting events
- Ability to generate creative and effective solutions for the challenges of recruiting in today’s market
- Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)

Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $45.00/Hr. - USD $55.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications. Equal Opportunity Employer:
